  • Guidance For Sensitive People

There was a time when I felt like the world wasn’t built for someone like me.
As a sensitive, queer, and trans person, I’ve known what it’s like to carry the ache of invisibility—and the sting of being too visible. I’ve had days where just stepping outside felt like too much, where online spaces left me raw, and where work environments quietly chipped away at my sense of safety and worth. I've sat with the weight of anxiety, the fog of depression, and the deep, aching loneliness that comes from feeling like no one else gets it.
I didn’t become a coach because I had it all figured out. I became a coach because I’ve walked through the fire, and I know how much it means to have someone walk beside you.
My work is grounded in deep listening, nervous system care, and the belief that healing doesn’t mean changing who you are—it means learning to come home to yourself, again and again. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in supporting people to remember their softness is not a weakness. It’s a strength.
If you’re tired, overwhelmed, or just need someone to remind you that you’re not broken—you’re not alone.
I’m here, and I get it.
